No Admin work, but the deck could be stacked against you.
Is your money protected if the client fails to pay or cancels?
Are you free to work with and post work with other companies?
Are you required to provide services you’d rather not do?
You are a part of a team but…
what is the environment like? Is the event organized to go smoothly? Is there confusion or chaos? Is there tension or anxiety? Is there a consistently positive experience working with the team?
Scarcity Mindset
A team’s business model can make or break the tendency to feel competitive with other teams and even with each other. This type of mindset, derived from a feeling of scarcity can spoil a working relationship and sour an artist’s creative passion.
You are a part of an exclusive, inner circle of amazing, successful artists.
We believe in a close, supportive, working environment.
We take the guesswork out of working as a team to provide a setting for real connection to one another. Precise details and a clear timeline are approved by you first before the event day to keep you feeling comfortable, in-the-know and set up for success!
No Admin work and we put you first.
You are free to be the artist you want to be without worry of non-paying clients or cancellations. We pay you a retainer fee and your balance payment is always promised if a client cancels their wedding within 60 days. Plus, we never require that you work exclusively with us, or try to restrict you as an artist in any way. And we never require that you perform services you aren’t excited to do.
Abundance Mindset
We never look to see what everyone else in the industry is doing, We lead with the heart of an artist and strive to always create the most ideal working climate so that working with us is stress-free, easy and profitable, We are most interested in showing what value we offer to both the client AND the artist and in doing so, steadily raise consumer awareness, demand and the financial bar for the entire industry.
Spending long hours of your time on admin work for no money.
Tons of back and forth communications to coordinate, answer questions, give advice and worse - sometimes making costly concessions to the client for things you either had no control over or didn't see coming.
Going it alone.
When you are freelancing on your own, it can be hard to secure back up for a job or worse, you are left scrambling when another artist cancels or has an emergency. SO stressful!
Isolation
Working as a lonely soldier doesn’t do much for fostering connection with other artists and feeding your creative soul.
Where do trial runs take place?

Do you have a salon?

Do I need to carry my own insurance?

What is the maximum amount of services that I will be doing per wedding?
We plan for each artist to do no more than 6 services per wedding. (Hair = 1 service)
How long do trial run appointments take?
Trial run appointments take approximately 1 hour per service. For example: a hair and makeup trial run would take about 2 hours.
How much time should I set aside for the wedding day?
Both the estimated start time and the estimated finish time listed in the contract are subject to change up to 2 hours earlier or later up to 30 days out from the wedding date.
