I have been in the industry as a makeup artist for 10 years now. Even before I went to artistry school, I knew that bridal is where I wanted to be. I selfishly love knowing I am a part of the biggest day in a bride’s life, and a wedding is such a joyous time. Who doesn’t want to go to work in those circumstances?
My aesthetic is “yourself but elevated”. I never want anyone to feel like they are wearing a mask or that they won’t be recognized as they walk down the aisle. I love a second skin look, and I never want my clients to feel makeup on their face. My favorite part of the look is when I give my brides the mirror….seeing their face light up and know they will feel their best on their big day is why I do

I'm a wife and mother of two beautiful, energetic boys. Despite earning my degree in Fashion Merchandising, I discovered that my true passion was for hair and makeup during my senior year. Since then, I've been dedicated to the beauty industry, specializing in weddings for the past 7 years.
I hold dear the memories of my own wedding day, where I felt like an absolute queen, thanks to my incredible hair and makeup artist. Now, my ultimate goal is to recreate that magical feeling for each and every one of my brides!

Britainé's passion for hair and makeup began at the age of 18. She molded her craft while obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications at Middle Tennessee State University. After graduating, she went on to obtain her license in cosmetology in 2015.
Britainé is an award- winning, published artist with features on “The Knot, Essence.com” and in several magazines. She is originally from Memphis.
Early on, Britainé fell in love with how her artistry makes every client feel inside-out.
In 2017, she launched her own cosmetics brand called “Britaine’ D’czyz Cosmetics.” Her line consists of various products, such as liquid lipsticks and mink eyelashes.
Britainé is a wife, boy mom, and lover of poetry and music. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
